About The UPS Store
The UPS Store in Ocean Isle Beach offers packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, notary, shredding, and faxing. It is a locally owned and operated business. The location can be busy and processes many Amazon returns. The atmosphere is professional and clean.
The staff is typically described as patient, kind, helpful, warm, and friendly, even during busy afternoon rushes. Many experiences are very positive, with employees providing acts of kindness and going above to help customers, which confirms a belief in kind people. They take time to greet customers and answer questions. One employee assured a customer a package would arrive on time and made them laugh after a long shift.
However, there has been an experience with a staff member who was rude, had a terribly rude attitude, and uttered under his breath about a customer. This was noted as a repeated issue by a frequent customer, who suggested the employee find another job. Despite this isolated negative account, the overall service receives high praise for its helpful and pleasant nature.

I always go out of my way to go to the UPS store in Shallotte instead of the UPS store in Ocean Isle despite living much closer to the Ocean Isle location . This store is much less efficient and thus slower and it's very cramped by comparison .

I came in close to closing time with quite a few Amazon returns. Aaron was working and was extremely patient while I had to download my return labels. He got everything sent out for me and even offered to help carry the items I couldn’t return back to my car. Truly excellent (and kind) service.
