Spent over $100 and asked for my young daughter to use the restroom. Wouldn't allow us to use the restroom even though there were restroom signs listed.

Totally a rip off…..sign clearly said 2 for 20 t-shirts but charged 17.99 and 17.99. Sweat shirt 20.00 but rung up 37.99…….avoid

Walked in and looked around for a bit with intention of buying a shirt and some swim trunks. Asked someone working there if we could use the changing room to try some things on and the dude straight up shook his head no and continued whatever he was doing that was more important than helping a customer. We left and will never return

Prices are higher here than the other shops and if you want to use a credit card, they charge you 3.5% on your purchases. Go elsewhere!!

We were on a shopping trip with our granddaughters on Monday 6/12/23 one granddaughter is blonde and fair skin the other is Cambodian with dark skin and dark hair. Both granddaughters had small backpack bags which are in style. After we had been shopping and picked out several items the clerk announced loudly in front of many other shoppers that our dark skinned granddaughter would need to leave because she was wearing a backpack which are not allowed in the store. This was embarrassing to her and completely inappropriately handled. I know stores all over are having issues with theft but to single out customers because of apparently being dark skin is setting up for a law suit. This is something we are considering because it was obviously ok for the fair skin girl to shop with a backpack but the dark skin girl gets called out and loudly as to embarrass her. Not acceptable. You will be hearing from us on this issue.

The young ladies that work in this location are super nice and helpful .The cashier I believe / Owner Older man Totally rude!!!!Asked him a question Had two receipts two different prices I only asked him Which one was the right price he had his back to me He was annoyed !! He pushed both receipts toward me and was pointing to the up charge banging his finger pointing to the sign on the counter (All you had to do was be polite )because I used a debit card .I understand why …But you were a nasty greedy man !Because I was a paying customer ! I feel sorry for the young ladies who work there.

We were in the store today with a large group. One of the kids wanted items out of her price range for friend gifts. The woman at the register was so kind and showed her several items in her price range and made great suggestions. She even gave her a gift because she was upset about not getting what she wanted (kids right?). Great experience, we will definitely be back.

This place has exactly what you'd expect a big beach store chain to offer: some nice quality items, mostly cheaply made items that are overpriced and fall apart within 3 days. They offer everything you could possibly need at the beach, true. But be aware that they offer these poorly made items at a steep price, and don't forget to tack on the convenience fee that will be charged to your card without your knowledge. The man that runs this joint is as shady as they come & is extremely standoffish & rude. The women that work there are a little more pleasant, but hardly. Don't get me started on how they abuse the hermit crabs for sale, most of them in there are dead... All in all, if you're in a pinch for some common beach items, this place *will* likely have what you're looking for, but at a steeper price, lower-quality, and you'll have to pay extra for using a card, all the while having to put up with the owner's abhorrent attitude. I'd recommend checking out Revolution Skate instead, it's just across the street, or even the shops on the island. 1.5 stars, do not recommend.

Lady who works here yelled at my son from across the store for squeezing a chicken toy. He was maybe squeezing it for 10 seconds maxIf you don't want a child squeezing the toy, don't put the toys where kids can grab them at the checkout! On top of that, everything here is way overpriced, saw a small football for $23. Bought a beach umbrella last year for $70 and it lasted for 2 trips. Do not recommend this store.
