“I dream of this place when we’re not here! Coffee is good…but the baked goods are NEXT LEVEL. Always extremely moist and delicious. We’ve been coming here for 3 years and every day, that’s how we start our morning. I’ll admit- we splurge, with our coffee we each get 2 different items. In all the time here, and all the different things I’ve tried, I didn’t care for only 1 item (I forget the name…lavender honey scone I believe. I think I’m just sensitive to lavender). Honestly the bakers here are master minds. Also, they typically always have at least one gluten free option :)”

“Loved this gift shop in Ocracoke and don't let first impressions deter you. My first impression was: "whoa, I can't afford anything but a magnet here" but that's probably because my eyes went to the more expensive items. After some digging around, I found some amazing necklaces and seashell jewelry containers that I happily coughed up money for. The owner was super pleasant in talking with my sister and I. Apparently, she just learned that she's a descendant of Blackbeard the pirate so maybe some of the goods you're buying here are his plunders ;)! I ended up buying: - a gorgeous turtle necklace - yes, a magnet. - a sea shell covered jewelry box. My sister also got a few items. All in all, I apologize to my Yelp friends for the awful picture I uploaded. I'll take one of the magnet and the jewelry box now so you know what sort of items you can find there, but really..there's a plethora of gifts (just no t-shirts!). Happy shopping!”

“Very friendly employee who gave me some awesome tips on how to maximize the room fragrance bowl I bought here. The clothes here are higher quality than most souvenir shops, and they had a good variety of souvenirs, as well as a small seasonal section.”
“Ok, if you are looking for local crafts and gifts in Ocracoke, you must stop here. The small house is packed with very unique items from ceramics to kids toys to usable artwork. We purchased 3 wool lint balls, a ceramic wine glass and 2 of the cool creatures (see the pic). I don’t know who was working last Wednesday, she was busy and very friendly. Thank you!”
