“Ok, if you are looking for local crafts and gifts in Ocracoke, you must stop here. The small house is packed with very unique items from ceramics to kids toys to usable artwork. We purchased 3 wool lint balls, a ceramic wine glass and 2 of the cool creatures (see the pic). I don’t know who was working last Wednesday, she was busy and very friendly. Thank you!”

“I really appreciate how family friendly this store is. They will have something fun and special for each member of the family at a reasonable price. Good toys and books. But most notably, they offer water in a cooler on the porch for one dollar a bottle. When the ice cream shop is trying to rob you at 3 dollars per bottle in 100 degree heat, come here. Most family friendly place on the island.”

“Loved this gift shop in Ocracoke and don't let first impressions deter you. My first impression was: "whoa, I can't afford anything but a magnet here" but that's probably because my eyes went to the more expensive items. After some digging around, I found some amazing necklaces and seashell jewelry containers that I happily coughed up money for. The owner was super pleasant in talking with my sister and I. Apparently, she just learned that she's a descendant of Blackbeard the pirate so maybe some of the goods you're buying here are his plunders ;)! I ended up buying: - a gorgeous turtle necklace - yes, a magnet. - a sea shell covered jewelry box. My sister also got a few items. All in all, I apologize to my Yelp friends for the awful picture I uploaded. I'll take one of the magnet and the jewelry box now so you know what sort of items you can find there, but really..there's a plethora of gifts (just no t-shirts!). Happy shopping!”

“Cool local shop in Ocracoke. If you are looking to blow that fat wad of cash that is burning a hole in your pocket, this is the place to do it. Duck decoys everywhere in this store. Lots of cool ones, possible some rarities here too. I'm not in the collectors realm of duck decoys but the guy working here seems to know after overhearing the conversation as I walked in the door, he and a customer were in deep conversation about high dollar decoys that someone saw or purchased somewhere. The store attendant never acknowledged my existence as I must look like someone that was not going to buy one. And he was right! I walked out.”

“Very friendly employee who gave me some awesome tips on how to maximize the room fragrance bowl I bought here. The clothes here are higher quality than most souvenir shops, and they had a good variety of souvenirs, as well as a small seasonal section.”
