They refused to let me use the restroom. I had a cart full of groceries she will enjoy putting away. I will go shop somewhere else. I work hard in this community and simply needed to pee while I shopped on my lunch break. Horrible service.

Very poorly stocked. I usually find an empty spot where the products should be. This store is conveniently located near my house but I have to drive across town to get anything. Please make this store better !
The staff that works there is very nice and always ready to help

Anyone surprised that the ONLY two businesses not open 1-11-25 are the 2 DG's .....why there is 2 anyways is confusing but the only businesses not open. Shocking to say the least..which i would be overcharged anyways because their prices are never ever right so I guess I should be thankful...on the way to Walmart

This place is a dump. The manager is about as useless as used toilet paper. The place is always in shambles and the people that actually bother to work do a pretty poor job of it. The other dollar general on the other side of town is a million times better. Not sure why Old Fort needs two anyways, but the one on Bat Cave Road needs to be shut down.

Well besides all the garbage roll containers sitting around outside it looks like a crack dollar general I've never seen a place of business that doesn't care what it looks like around the building then something wrong and apparently the corporate office doesn't care either I've said my peace and hope that someone can get off their a**** and get something done at that store.

As always this store is never open when business hours are posted. And when asked the employee just shrugs and says wanting on the manager. This has happen several times and store is always a mess.

Store was a disaster. Dirty, cluttered etc… Maybe instead of having the two people together stocking mostly chatting in the same aisle separate them. 2 items rang up incorrect price…

As with Every business in the USA there is a shortage. People need to be patient with the hard working employees and Appreciate those that are working under these circumstances. I say to people that don't just go somewhere else

Wow!!! Was I blown away by the total chaos in the store on Bat Cave rd. Old Fort, NC. I went to the store to pick up a few items and to check on my friends application for employment. That is as far as any planning or organizing got. The moment we walked in the door I knew right away why they were hiring and felt confident my friend would have a job by sundown: It appeared that there had been no effort in stoking any shelves, they simply pushed the carts off the trucks and down the isles: The shelves themself were fairly bare, so it was good luck with finding its box. So I decided to ask the only person I saw which was the cashier about their hiring and she said they were but no one with any type of criminal background could be hired, which ruled out my friend. So I scratched my head in amazement to find out that DG corporate would rather watch their band new store spiral down the toilet then give a person willing to work a chance. That sort of policy will cause them to hire more loss prevention because they’ll end up stealing instead of working.
