Oriental Marina & Inn is a great marina and inn located in the heart of Oriental on the Neuse River, with wonderful views and vibe. It offers a cool transient slip and is a great place for boaters using the Intercoastal Waterway, with a well-maintained marina featuring electricity, water, fuel, and laundry. The piers are in good order and there is a fuel dock. The staff is super friendly, fun, and super professional, with excellent hospitality. The dockmaster is great and helpful. The inn has nice, apartment-style rooms with full kitchens, though the wifi is weak. Guests and boaters can use amenities like the pool, showers, the onsite Tucan Bar and Grill restaurant, and the popular Tiki Bar, which is cash only. The restaurant has excellent food and service, open most nights and for lunch some days. The location is excellent, one block from downtown with plenty to walk to, including a coffee shop and a marine store right next door. It is a great place to watch boats and people.
We rented a dock in the marina. Fantastic spot. I was moving the owners trawler. The staff is very helpful.

Oriental Marina is truly one of the best of the best. There’s nothing like pulling in here after a long day on the water. Joe and the entire staff are always welcoming, helpful, and on point. It’s a spot I genuinely look forward to returning to every time.

Cool transient slip with excellent hospitality. Skip the restaurant. Hotel/ Marina is great & super professional staff! Hopefully we just had bad luck with the off-season, but food and drinks were awful!
