“It was an awesome experience I'm used to dealing with the dealership in Durham North Carolina and that's pretty much a nightmare go read their reviews. Took my car in for its first free oil change a 2021 Civic Sport. I also had to replace a rim that I damaged. I wanted to fix it before the tire possibly started losing air. The prices are very reasonable and they're very honest and professional people. It was worth driving almost 30 minutes longer in the rain to get five star service. I got the car from them too my second one and I'll definitely be getting a third. I'm just excited that I actually have somewhere now to service my vehicle. “Using Honda's website, I selected the car I wanted. The request was sent to several dealers in and near the Triangle. Boyd Honda was the only one that went to the trouble to find the car I wanted at another dealership and arrange to have it brought to them. Every other dealer just tried to interest me in a car already on their lot. In addition, BJ Pendergrast at Boyd Honda carefully researched to find all discounts that I was eligible for, which reduced the price of the car by over $2000. In my experience there was just no comparison between Boyd Honda and the other Honda dealers in the area that I had contact with.”
