“I have been buying parts at NAPA for over 30 years. They are always helpful. If they do not have what you need, they can typically get it by the next day or direct you to a store that has it.”
“Mac's years of experience has made him an expertise in his field, particularly in paint & restoration of classic vehicles. If you want a bare minimum, cheap paint job then you can go to Maaco. You get what you pay for!”
“Went for a new battery and Ed was awesome. Very personable and competent. Ed was backed up with other installs and I expected to wait. Ed professionally explained he was backed up, yet got to my battery quicker than expected. Was very quick, thorough, and professional. Will definitely go back to this Auto Zone as a direct result of the service I received from Ed at the Auto Zone in Oxford, NC...”
“Great service! I was expecting a high out of pocket price, but so thankful it wasn't. The issue was resolved in a timely manner and the staff were very pleasant.”
“Family-run no-nonsense repair center doing excellent work. They listen to you. Much better quote than I got from other shops and they took the time to go through it and explain what they intended to do. I fully expect an outstanding result and will update here.
UPDATE: Picked up the car today. Looks brand new. Washed and buffed out - ready for the showroom.”
“It was an awesome experience I'm used to dealing with the dealership in Durham North Carolina and that's pretty much a nightmare go read their reviews. Took my car in for its first free oil change a 2021 Civic Sport. I also had to replace a rim that I damaged. I wanted to fix it before the tire possibly started losing air. The prices are very reasonable and they're very honest and professional people. It was worth driving almost 30 minutes longer in the rain to get five star service. I got the car from them too my second one and I'll definitely be getting a third. I'm just excited that I actually have somewhere now to service my vehicle. I had a ton of stuff in the car but no worries they didn't bother anything. I can't wait to get back!! Thank you!!”

“I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful staff! I was in a panic when traveling alone and the check engine light came on. The manager checked my truck, gave me information on the code and checked my oil for me. He recommended that I visit the dealer down the street, who recommended me to another dealer. My truck was fixed and I was back on the road within several hours. Thanks, Antonio and staff, for your timely and thorough support during an uncertain time! You are the best!”

“This is the fourth car we have purchased from Boyd. We have worked with Jeremiah Clark each time, and he has always been friendly, professional and honest. As has Chuck Teeter.”
