Worst management skills. Almost everytime especially last 2 wks while making deposits their are only 2 tellers working. The line is almost out the door. Most of the time you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to make a deposit. Bless the tellers it's not their fault they doing the best they can, but need better management skills and have more tellers especially in the morning for deposits and afternoon deposits. Common sense!!

One of the worst banks I ever been too! How you only have 2 tellers working on a Friday. The other ones decided to do trick or treat instead of helping!!! I will never again come back! I waiting for over 30 minutes to deposit money! This is not helpful for individuals who work an 8-5 or 9-5 smh

Was unable to draw certified check at this branch due to a recently expired ID and no one in the branch recognizing me (I recently moved.) Had bank card, other cards, and a NCDL with my photo. Was advised that my only option to close account was to drain via ATM, and rack up "service fees." Corporate office was able to help by adjusting ATM settings, so I can get my check prepared in a few days at Walmart. Which is a shame bc I thought I had a BANK, called BB&T, where I have never had an issue making deposits or accepting Zelle. Inaccess to funds is very serious. Incompetent, I plan to report.
