Went into the store thinking I was gonna have to spend a lot of money but I was wrong. Lisa gave me a really good deal with a new phone and new service. I will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service.

Since the Roxboro, NC store closed, This is my go to store. The customer service is much better than the Burlington, NC store, and the Mebane, NC store had a "back in 15 minutes" sign that was up for over and hour while I sat and waited. I purchased a new Celero 5G directly from Boost online, and since signal seems to be nonexistent on my end of Boston rd in Roxboro (10 miles from South Boston VA), I'm having to take it to a store to have activated.At least I have faith in the customer service enough to drive 40 miles to get help.*Edit*Returned from Oxford, NC. The CSR was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He deserves his rank.

The help is always friendly and usually knowledgeable, but the store is often closed without warning or any intimation of return time, and the voice mail never picks up.

I went to try to port in my business phone number from straight talk to Boost and Violeta said she couldn't do it and told me i first needed to get a new number first and that then she'll be able to port in my my number. I had to pay for a phone that was supposed to be free for $80 plus activation fee and 1st month bill, just so that she turn around and say she could no longer transfer my number. She needs to be trained better. I was not the only person complaining about her.
