Unreal - I've never felt more fed up with a dealership. I inquired about a vehicle, but sales played their silly games, then circled back "willing to talk". Since then they've called, emailed, and texted day after day leaving voice mail after voice mail. Get the hint yet? If I wanted to do business with you I would respond. STOP. It's unprofessional conduct like this that costs you customers.

The service department has always impressed me. As far as living on a tight budget they don’t rip me off. I know the prices of everything is outrageous these days so I feel like they try to work with me. I bought a 2018 Cruze and I love this car, thankfully it hasn’t caused me any problems. I have gotten my car serviced by the Chevrolet place where I bought it from the whole time. I think Terry and Ken are great and I appreciate their willingness to keep satisfied.

The service was quick and courteous. The price was actually less than originally quoted. I would totally give them 5 stars except for the grease that was left all over the tan leather drivers seat, from the technician that worked on my car. Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with!!

The service department did an excellent job on determining the problem on my GMC truck and the cost was reasonable. I like taking my vehicles to Boyd's, it's easy and they are dependable. No more long drives to Raleigh.

I was pleased with the service it’s self . However I was disappointed that the they would not complete the tire rotation because I had aftermarket wheels on the truck . They did rotate them in the past but do policy change they would not touch them this time. So from now on I’ll get my service done where they will do the tires as well .

I am extremely satisfied! I had a knowledgeable, helpful sales person who spoke the truth and we were able to open up and talk about the multitude of issues and opportunities of purchasing a replacement of a totally wrecked vehicle. It was a pleasure just observing the inventory and the “q and A’s” that came with them and the delightful conversation that was expertly covered, in detail, along with pertinent details!The salesperson that assisted me was an expert in his field and it was the first time in over 60 years of purchasing that I felt 100% confident in my purchase!Thank you for a job “WELL DONE”.

Went to Boyd in Oxford looking at new cars. Jeremiah was our salesman and we can not express our impressed we were with him. He knew so much about my GMC Acadia. He got in the car with me and went through all the technical parts of the car. I am not very computer literate and he took a lot of time going over everything which I appreciated so much.. even connecting my phone with the car. We love going to smaller hometown dealerships for the customer service you get. Plus Oxford is my hometown.. also kudos to Charles who helped us with all the paperwork and title change. Please keep this level of customer service and we will be back and recommend our friends. Thanks

Boyd has the beat customer service in Oxford. Mr.Keith is amazing and has now sold me three vehicles and will probably sell me my fourth!!!! The service team is amazing with all vehicle maintenance!!!!! Boyd definitely is my go to and should be yours as well!!!!

Service time on 4 wheel brake pad replacement was 1.5hours. Finished much quicker than anticipated. Kelsey always does an excellent job as well.

I’m happy with the truck. And the day I bought the truck the salesman was very responsive and helpful. They made the purchase easy and quick.I needed paperwork for my insurance and I called the salesman multiple times and never got a response. Then I got a bill for the plates and taxes which should have been included in the out the door price we discussed. I called the salesman about that as well and got no reply.

Had a tire issue at the start of a long road trip. The folks at Boyd were able to get my vehicle in right away, fix the problem and get me on my 10 hour trip quick, easily and mighty friendly.

I dropped my car off and left the keys. My appointment was at 805am. By 915am, I received a message that my car was ready. I was so happy. All I had to do was pay. I love the service and the atmosphere.

First of all my wife Joann didn't buy a GMC canyon , I did but her name is on it too! We dealt with Keith Taylor which was so helpful and a joy to work with. We'd been doing business in Henderson, but oxford is our dealer now along with Keith as our salesman. The funny thing is that I bought a canyon identical to this one in 2019, but got tired of it sitting in the garage and only driven to church on Sunday! After almost 3 years I sold it back to the dealership.
