Martin worked with me over the course of several weeks to find the right vehicle and ensure that I got all the available credits, discounts and rebates. He was very patient with me through some delays due to my work travel. They were consistently kind, thoughtful, persistent without being pushy. Xander was nice and helpful. And it was the least painful finance process at the end of the transaction. They listen to what I wanted to do and didn’t try and force things on me that were not what I wanted. I would absolutely buy my next car from them.

I was very disappointed. I was asked to bring my F-150 in for transmission diagnosis for a few of $165.00 and they would know more and what to do. Dropped it off at 8 am and not long after manager called and there is a recall on the master cylinder that he'd be happy to take care of. After two days they told me to take it to another transmission shop outside of Ford because they couldn't find enough information to make repairs.
I never got upset just disappointed and the $165.00 fee ended up being $189.00 and didn't do that recall . I've not found a repair shop but I'm sure I'd be cautious to go back there again.... The manager was very personable and well manared...nice guy .

What an amazing experience we had with Xander here at Boyd's Ford. He was more than professional in helping me determine whether to trade my car or get it repaired. He was great in explaining options and taking his time in getting all my options laid out. I can't say enough good things about him. Love taking my car to this garage. Such friendly, welcoming front desk staff. I always feel like I'm being treated honestly when mechanical recommendations are made. Well worth the 30 min drive from Wake Forest.

Was not planning on having to buy another vehicle but after having an accident and totalling my explorer, I went back to the place where we bought my Explorer, our Focus (we sold eventually to a friend who needed a car), my husband's Ranger, and my stepson's Bronco.
So off to Boyd Brothers Ford, we headed Saturday morning when we saw they had a 24 escape, in our price range. I told them i would not receive the insurance money till Tuesday or Wednesday they said that's okay. I left that afternoon with my new Escape (our 5th vehicle we have purchased from them in 7 years). We have them all serviced there regularly and they are all running perfectly. They have a great sales and service department won't go anywhere else! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!!
