If you want super slow service people who don't care in the pharmacy then come here . If not then I bag you to please go somewhere else . Over an hour wait in the drive through just to be told the script for son is not ready. I was told 30-35 more minutes. Came back and was told it would be another 30min. These are scripts for my son who just had surgery and needs them asap . They don't care. It's been another 30min and still not done. This place is a joke. Went to talk to the manager who also doesn't care and wouldn't let me get a word in who then told me she doesn't handle the pharmacy and to call Phil. I'll be calling Phil and transferring all scripts . I understand being understaffed but rude and not catering without even an apology is not acceptable

The actual store is a nice place but the pharmacy is definitely gets a zero rating. They're slow and will just look at you like you're interrupting their day if you're just standing in line. And don't bother to try calling you'll be on hold for ten minutes at least. I would love to be able to have a different prescription plan

Not bad for a chain pharmacy but they can be a little rude, I believe the employee was James -he simply walked away when I asked a question. Pharmacy techs are great.

On Friday, Thursday, March 18, 2021, I stopped by to print pictures from my Android smart phone. I tried 4 different ways to print pictures and nothing worked. For starters, each time I connected to Wi-Fi, the internet would stop working. After I connected the cable to my phone to transfer pictures, a message came up on my phone stating that the phone was charging. Bluetooth did not work, nor did scanning the QR code, which took me to a website for printing pictures. Even after I downloaded the 1 Hour Photo app, that didn't work. My smart phone is less than a year old, so it's not like my phone was the problem. Since there are 2 self-check out registers at the front of the store, the cashier was walking back and forth putting up stock (?) when she should have been asking customers, like me, if I needed assistance. No one offered to help me.The only good thing I can say about this situation is the 1 Hour Photo App can also be used at Walgreens. After wasting 20 minutes of my time, I got in the car and drove down the street to Walgreens to print pictures. I had the order of pictures submitted in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to CVS for printing pictures again.

I recommend the photo shop . The prices for enlarging photos was great . The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional about the equipment. And also I left a photo in the scanner. They contacted me and had put it in a sleeve .

And I go there and see a competent and caring staff doing their best to fill "our" prescriptions and I have the highest regard for this pharmacy. It is obvious that they work hard, and given our current conditions, my hat is off to them for doing an excellent job --- 100% of the time. My prescriptions are duly filled and the staff is friendly. Too much complaining - you can attract more bees to honey than to vinegar -- Abe Lincoln. Be respectful and look at the job they do, for us! Thanks CVS, JohnA

I wish I could give this so called "pharmacy " a 0 because that is what they are a 0!!!!!! Once again I wait for weeks for a prescribed get up there and wait in the line for 35 minutes and it's the wrong prescription!!!!! I am absolutely so tired of their incompetence!!!!!!!!!! They need to close the hell down!!!!! They are ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED and are just completely incompetent !!!! I mean completely!!!! Every time I go up there my meds are neither there or wrong!!! Yesterday was my last day of business with them ever!! Plz find another pharmacy!!! Walgreens is 5 mins away!!! This place needs a complete overhaul with NEW MANAGEMENT and a new staff!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Thanks to the staff for helping us with a prescription co-pay. They let us know about co-pay assistance and took care of it for us.
