This dollar tree is located in the Walmart plaza very near exit 202 I 85 Oxford NC. Located in a mini strip mall- sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park convenient to the store although there’s plenty parking out of the range of the store due to Walmart close by. Accessibility can be challenging- no wheelchair access - limited accessible parking spaces. I had a hard time accessing the inside of the store due to double doors that are not accessible friendly however the inside door was open. Inside the store there is an abundance of all kinds of merchandise- toys cards Christmas items- cosmetics cleaning products- beauty products- kitchen items - all items clearly marked as $1.25 which is very reasonable. There are lots of lots of different items - some jumbled together making it harder to move my cart done the aisle.Some of the merchandise was organized very well - like the card selection - school items &’some beauty products. It’s like a maize to maneuver through the aisles. Noticeably not as much selection of cold and frozen items in the refrigerator freezer section as other times. Merchandise still a bargain at the prices but the customer service could be improved- as I was looking for particular items the team did not intervene to help - there are many very good cleaning products- kitchen ware. The prices and merchandise available makes up for the inconvenience of the parking & accessibility. The young lady at the cashier did smile and said” have a good day” & that customer service made my day!😊there is a Cato’s - Verizon - cricket - among a few other stores plus the Walmart. A convenience store that has gas for vehicles- a Bojangles also in the plaza.

Stopped here to buy a few essentials while charging my car at the nearby Tesla Supercharger. The employee who helped me out was very friendly.

These are some of the nicest individuals that work in this store. I have never called to their store to experience someone rushing me off the phone and they always have what I am in search of with a helpful spirit attached. They have consistently displayed the same services since I moved back to this area about two years ago. I had to take a moment to comment on their store because it’s delightful to find great customer service.
