This place is my personal favorite, I am sure others might not agree but that's o.k. This is as close to real thin crust, well done as "I"can get. I also love their chicken wings with the habanero sauce and ranch

Ordered pick up waited for over a hour and a half pizza was cold staff was unattentive overall terrible service id highly recommend not going to this store.

I got this about a month ago and every time I try to get a new one in place of this one. The manager that would handle that wasn’t at work. I just called and got hung up on.it’s the one in Oxford NC 27565.

This location needs to be shut down. I came in to pick up my pizza and noticed a manager working with food and had no beard net on, it was disgusting. I also noticed that they would leave the delivery driver to work the whole kitchen by herself. I sparked up a conversation with her, and found out that the general manager does that a lot, and sits in the back or outside, leaving this girl to do all the work herself. This employee also told me how no other drivers work in the kitchen, that they just stand around waiting for deliveries so that this one employee barely gets any deliveries and she works driving position so she can sit down because she’s disabled. After more conversation outside of work, I found out that her manager clocks her out early and makes her work for free. The manager also stole her tips one night last weekend. They also reuse the cheese and toppings that are soggy and have been sitting in slightly chilled trays. If I could report this store to someone, I would. This is not a good environment for hard workers, they are taken advantage of, and the one blonde driver is the only hard working driver, and one other female employee does her job, but she’s not taken advantage of because she’s not a driver.

Look below to see the same kind of Mickey mouse clown service Oxford NC Dominoes pizza is providing for our American public.Tighten up regional manager. I can come run it if need be???I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Dominoes Pizza in Oxford, NC. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The employees had no problem-solving skills and couldn't identify a coupon I had. Furthermore, they were out of mushrooms and only had Orange and Diet Coke in 2 liters. To top it off, they wouldn't charge me the same price I had paid for the same order seven times before at another Dominoes Pizza. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this Dominoes Pizza to anyone.

I placed my order online , got the notification it was ready .. so i go in the store and the lady said” hey welcome to dominos “ that was it .. so after standing there for 10 minutes without getting asked if i was picking up an order or placing one , no “we’ll be with you in a second “ I finally asked if i could just walk behind the counter and get my food myself .. That was ridiculous and they need to learn better customer service . I understand yall have a lot of orders but at least greet the ones that walk into the store and ask what they need instead of having them stand there for ten minutes.

Ordered for pickup as I live to far away for delivery. My food was promptly made and it was excellent. The guys at pick up were super friendly and the store was very tidy. Will definitely be back .

Tried ordered on the app tonight like usual. After waiting an hour, we tried calling the store with no answer. I jumped in truck and went there where my order still sat. The employee stated they tried calling and delivering my food. I tried picking the pizza up and asked for the removal of the delivery fee since it wasn’t delivered. The manager gave the run around I would have to do a new payment. I just canceled the food the least they could do is call me and state they couldn’t deliver the food.

I placed an order for two large pizzas, one in which included chicken and mushrooms which they were out of. No problem! I requested them to cancel so we could see what we would like in replace of that pizza. We reordered two large pizzas. After 15 mins there was no phone call or cancellation of order so we figured it was a go. About 30 mins later I arrive at the store. I ordered carside delivery. I texted the number “HERE” and also checked in via emailed link. 10 mins passed and no pizza was delivered. I went inside, gave them my name, and they brought me two medium pizzas. I told them i ordered and paid for two larges. They proceed to say that they are out of large boxes. Why was there no phone call? Why would they try to send these out without asking me was it okay after i paid MY MONEY! they offer to make my pizzas over but if they didn’t have large boxes where were they gonna put these?! Then they tell me they are out of pepperoni now would I like just cheese. No! Give me my money back! She repeats again that they aren’t allowed to give refunds. That the truck is running late and that’s not her fault, and her job is on the line giving me a refund (because I got my refund!) i kindly told her that this is my money hard earned money that I spent! Ohhhh, they also claimed that I didn’t check in, but the thing is i checked in and because my pizza was taking longer than 2 mins (the time they have to deliver your pizza using carside delivery before you are owed a free pizza) someone completed the damn order without really bringing my order! This is my second time using carside and this being done! I have worked for fast food and i know things happen but this team was managing their situation horribly!

I placed an online order, arrived at designated time to pick it up and my order was cancelled. The reason? They were out of large pizza boxes and were also closing for the night (@ 5:30 on a Saturday) for the same reason. Seems a stupid management move to me!

This is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered online for delivery and come to find out they didn’t have a delivery driver either time! That should be something that’s added to the site when a person hits the delivery icon. It takes 2 min to take my money but 2 weeks to refund! I still haven’t been refunded for my last transition where I was called to be told their driver went home early … That was 2 weeks ago. What!?!? Home early? Slowly declining in my book as a first choice when it comes take out …

Today, called at 6:59 p.m. and was asked if I could hold for just a minute. I said sure and was still on hold when I physically walked into the store at 7:22 p.m. after the drive from my home to place an order for 2 pizzas. Busy? A little, but it does not justify putting a customer on hold and forgetting to return to that call. When placing the order I asked about the wait time and was told 45 - 50 minutes. What????? The customer in front of me was told 15-20. Oh, my time was increased because I verbally made a complaint about being on hold for 23 minutes. Poor customer service when it comes to call in orders.
