“I went to this post office by GPS ACCIDENT.... meaning to go to Oxford for my passport and the beautiful kind lady who saw the look of distress on my face immediately called Oxford and told them I was on the way..... just so kind. I'm so grateful!!”
“I'm new to the area with a communal mailbox. My item said delivered and left in a parcel box however, when I got home there was nothing there. I called the Stem post office the next day, they did an investigation, and found my box. Made sure it was not tampered with and placed it in the right box for me to get. We are human and everyone makes errors however they were very prompt to assist me with resolving the issue and had a great demeanor and very friendly personality. If I'm not mistaken her name was Mary.
