“Great, friendly service storage was clean each visit and location is very convenient. Only thing I didn’t like was I moved my things out before the due date and turned the key and lock in but payment wasn’t prorated but not their fault I’m sure it’s the company policy. I will rent again if I need to though”
“As I was planning to move to North Carolina, a family member suggested AA Storage. It was my first time renting a storage unit, so I was skeptical. It's been almost 2 years and I'm still renting a unit. I have NO complaints about this facility. It's affordable, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location and access hours are very convenient for me. My work schedule fluctuates but I'm able to drop off things or pick up things at my unit going to or from work. The payment operations are wonderful! I prefer email receipts. Whether I pay in person or on the phone, my receipt is always emailed to me the same day. I love that! As a new resident to the area, I have referred this facility to family members who are moving here. Keep doing a great job, AA Storage-Oxford!”
