Restroom was filthy. There were 2 guys behind the counter. The young one was reading and the older one was on a personal phone call ( on speaker) while he rang up merchandise.

During a virus pandemic this gas station had no soap in either the mens or womens bathroom when I asked the guy working he handed me an almost empty container of rubbing alcohol. Unacceptable

Prices for items is way to high. $4.50 for a stick of beef jerky. In my area it is $3. Crazy. Didn't realize how much it was till after I pumped my gas and only got $15.10 out of a $20. Went back inside to return it since I hadn't left the property. Guy says I left the store with it and can't return it. Won't be using this shell gas station again.

I stopped at the store on the way home from visiting family out of town to refuel. After parking at the pump, I let my service animal out to potty and then walked in the store. The clerk told me that I could not bring my service animal in so I let him know that it was a service animal and proceeded to the restroom before returning to prepay for my fuel. As we approach the counter the clerk asked if he can take pictures and a video of my service animal, since it was a miniature horse. I told him we weren't out for pictures we just wanted to pay for our fuel and get back on the road. He walked away from the counter to come out into the store and take pictures as more customers came in. I told him: "you obviously aren't interested in serving a customer so we're going to leave". After I got my service animal back to my vehicle I walked back to the store and asked for his name which he refused to give to me. I will be reporting this to Shell corporate headquarters even though I know the store is privately owned. It was a complete fail, a loss of revenue for the store, and very bad treatment of a loyal customer. I will not return to this store.
