Oh my goodness. Spend at least an hour every month for the past 3 months trying to get the rate they promised me. They keep taking off my military discount, say the plan they changed me to doesnt qualify, etc. We need new phones which are ridiculously over priced but not sure if we want to commit more time and money into this company.

I'm rating a 5 on the customer service I received when I returned for the second time in one day. I had an issue with SIM card switch from one phone to another. I arrive earlier that day to get help with getting my new phone setupwith a SIM for my account. Tim asked what did I need I explained and he told me to go call prepaid customer service and I could get an eSIMs for free. OK sir but at this time I have no service...Is what I was thinking. Oh and proceed to tell me I could get $1000 for the phone (I just bought the phone I'm trying to get it activated) I know but it's $1000 and send me out the store to call customer service. We'll eSIMs wasn't compatible at this time. I go back to the store and Jack helped me with the problem although it took 2hours he was patient with me. I really appreciate his help and it only cost me $7.99. Something so simple. He had to call and cancel the previous order so I could buy the SIM in store. (Why it took so long) Which is what I was trying to do at the beginning. Thank you Jake for your patience and excellent customer service, sorry the sale was only $7
