Oh my goodness. Spend at least an hour every month for the past 3 months trying to get the rate they promised me. They keep taking off my military discount, say the plan they changed me to doesnt qualify, etc. We need new phones which are ridiculously over priced but not sure if we want to commit more time and money into this company.

I'm rating a 5 on the customer service I received when I returned for the second time in one day. I had an issue with SIM card switch from one phone to another. I arrive earlier that day to get help with getting my new phone setupwith a SIM for my account. Tim asked what did I need I explained and he told me to go call prepaid customer service and I could get an eSIMs for free. OK sir but at this time I have no service...Is what I was thinking. Oh and proceed to tell me I could get $1000 for the phone (I just bought the phone I'm trying to get it activated) I know but it's $1000 and send me out the store to call customer service. We'll eSIMs wasn't compatible at this time. I go back to the store and Jack helped me with the problem although it took 2hours he was patient with me. I really appreciate his help and it only cost me $7.99. Something so simple. He had to call and cancel the previous order so I could buy the SIM in store. (Why it took so long) Which is what I was trying to do at the beginning. Thank you Jake for your patience and excellent customer service, sorry the sale was only $7

Russell treated me professionally and graciously, even when I came 30 minutes before they closed, on a Friday night - and then they helped me find a new phone and transferred my old number and files to it - an hour past their closing time. I hope Verizon truly appreciates these young men and the hard work they do for it.

Audrey is the best. My old phone had gone wild and crazy with a mind of it’s own and Audrey was able retrieve and save all my information and photos even though it hadn’t been backed up for a year. She was extremely helpful with new phone purchase searching for discounts and saving that I was qualified for. I’m very grateful for her assistance.
