Horrible customer service. I ordered a few photo prints online and received an email confirming they’d be ready the next day around 11:45 AM. I went to pick them up around 2 PM, since the tracking said they were ready for pickup.
When I got there, the woman at the counter at the photo section was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me there were no photo orders under my name, even after I showed her the email confirmation. She also asked if I had the right address — which was frustrating, since there’s only one Walgreens in Oxford.
I didn’t get my prints and ended up leaving upset and empty-handed. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

This pharmacy is the most unorganized pharmacy and always slow. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

I put my prescription in first thing this morning online.. canceled without explanation. I call at lunch time to place prescription.. no one will answer. I go in person, and I’m told it will be ready at 2:30. Ok no problem. I give them the benefit of the doubt and come in at 5:30, and still not ready. I overhear the pharmacist complaining that I “had all day”and mentions my medication. Find somewhere else if you’re able, not worth the constant hassle.

I can find what I'm looking for, get in and out rather quickly. I love the way my photos comes out for enlargements. Oxford is a growing town, housing is increasing, businesses are making its way here. There's great events that takes place here and we have this Walgreens sign that is faded on one side. They need a new sign to brighten up the corner and highlight the store

Today, I had my inaugural shopping experience at this Walgreens store, but unfortunately, the employee exhibited rude behavior and the staff seemed disorganized, making it challenging for me to browse for the items I required. Due to these circumstances, it is highly likely that I will not visit this Walgreens store again.

Let me start by saying I love Walgreens, usually. This store in Oxford, NC has some issues, however. The pharmacy says a prescription can increase by $30 during the time it takes to fill it in two hours! (They did finally fix that, but took up about an hour extra of my time that day) They forgot to get the prescriptions released from another Walgreens, so it took another week to get that, not to mention the nearly 50 mile drive each time I need to go there. They have declined returns from other Walgreen stores without any explanation other than “you got it at a different Walgreens store”. Then when you have a return FROM THEIR STORE, they can’t do the simple math, even when the receipt has the amount of the return right on it! They gave me half of what was due back and said it was because I would get $10 in “Walgreens points” for my purchase so I wasn’t going to get what they owed me from my CASH SPENT! I believe the staff there needs in service classes or at least basic math that they may have missed. After an hour, I gave up on logic and called corporate which did return the balance due to me! The other Walgreens I have been to have always had excellent service. I’d just say, watch your pocketbook in Oxford, NC!
