Yesterday, I had a small problem with a substitution of an item ordered. This morning, the manager personally called me to make sure it was resolved correctly. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Another order placed today for items I forgot to order yesterday. Love, love, love the FREE pick up. (There is a minimum $30 order for free pick up but I've never walked out of Wal-Mart for less than $30 so this is no big deal to me.)”

“I would like to commend the extraordinary act of kindness and superior customer service I received in the bakery section today. I probably got to the store late and did not see any cupcakes with whipped icing. Usually they are all gone by the afternoon. That was the case today. I asked Heather if there were anymore packages in the back refrigerator and she said there wasn't any. She asked me if they were for a special occasion and I told her they weren't but my baby daughter Ginger loves them. I wanted to get her cupcakes for doing so well with potty training. Miss Heather asked me how long would I be in the market. She said if I could give her 10 minutes she would make up a batch. Not only did Miss Heather make the order as promised, she found us in the market and brought the cupcakes to me. I was very impressed with the above and beyond customer care I received from Miss Heather in the Bakery and I want everyone that read my post to know the awesome person and service she provides.
