“I drove container reefers/ exports. Used to be they'd have people loading us that knew what they were doing & have us done in 45 minutes. Apparently they're not having those people load us anymore & instead of 45 minutes it's taking 2+hours & before I could make it back in time to get the load in the port & now I can't. New management seems like they're making they're decisions bass-ackwards & micromanaging.... which is NEVER a good way to lead/ manage. Everyone is miserable & production is low. Whatever you guys changed that wasn't broke... you need to unchanged it & make it the old way so that it's fixed like it used to be. Then I'll change the stars.

Kelvin, Mrs. Helen, Mr. Randall, Good Peoples But You Have to keep up with Pay. and that come from the Girls .who work in the Office . But they work well.Personally. I have no problem with them, I don't call my Husband when He is Working, unless we have a emergency. Because the husband has to work, they don't have time to Socialize, They are responsible to bring home the bacon.I give credit to this company .they are well trained . to work with Family, And Let me say this,Wives, come First and that's respect.”
