Staying over the holidays can be hard sometimes but pointe includes everyone and makes everyone feel heard safe and secure. I enjoy the activities and events. Compared to surrounding complexes pembroke pointe is the most engaged with the residents and community. The managers and staff are comforting and easy to talk to. Pointe makes me feel like I’m home.”

“I’ve lived here for almost a year and while I’ve had a few bad experiences, the staff has always been here to answer my questions and help me any way they can. If I need maintenance it’s done in a timely manner and they’re always nice to my cats when they come in.”
