My first auto repair with Brotherhood Automotive was a few months ago and I was well pleased with that service. I returned to them a couple weeks ago (with a different vehicle) that needed a major repair. The staff was professional, knowledgeable in diagnostics (they gave me a print out of the repairs and cost), and customer service was exemplary. This review has been long overdue. The guys at Brotherhood Automotive are outstanding! My son and I were on a road trip and encountered car trouble which included a blown tire and smoking from under the hood. Brotherhood automotive took us in with no appointment, assessed the car, determined the issue was due to the spare being on the front driver side, switched the spare to the back, aired up the tires and sent us on our way in no time. They were so nice (I can't emphasize that enough, such amazing people there). They even called a tire store for us so that we could get a replacement tire same day. If you are in the area or driving through the area and need anything automotive done, Brotherhood Automotive is your place. Thank you guys so much for making our not so smooth journey, smoother!

John (Albee I believe?) was so kind and helpful!!! My car was acting funny on a trip so we took it by here. Even though they had been closed for 20 minutes, John still took the time to drive my car around and help us before sending us on our way. Definitely recommend!
