“Neat, clean store. Actually has correct stock, compared to what is reflected online. Drove over from Laurinburg, because our store was shown to have item in stock online, and once we went, it was nowhere to be found, and everyone working there was clueless, as usual. Really wish we didn't have to drive 25-30 minutes to come to this location.”

“I went to T-Mobile on Tuesday because my phone kept giving me a message that there was liquid detected in the connector. Beka and Shay (I think that's her name) we're a huge help. Shay talked to me about what was going on and helped me determine if I wanted to upgrade. They did eventually get my phone working but I opted to upgrade because I didn't want to risk getting home and it not working again and having to make a trip back. I chose the phone I wanted (iPhone 14 pro max) and Beka took care of me from there. After looking at my account they determined I could trade my phone in and t-mobile would cover the rest. In the end I only had to pay $10! This is the best experience I've had with a cell phone provider and Beka and Shay were a huge help. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely go back if I need help again!”
