Sooo Disappointed!!! Better count your roof shingles before the delivery truck, pulls out the yard. Bought $4700 worth of shingles and they shorted my order by 3 bundles (9packs). Better count and compare your invoice... I will not be back!! Tried to tell me someone stole them who's roof is small enough to steal 9 boxes. Called to talk to someone and they told me they delivered the 2nd set in the back yard. BEST thing to do is drive to LUMBERTON or LAURINBURG GO TO LOWES!! THEY DONT LIE, TAKE or GASLIGHT!! Oh yeah its all overpriced better compare prices.

Best people in the area maybe the world. When you go here expect help when you ask for it. The staff takes time to answer your questions and insure you have everything you need. 5 stars to Megan in plumbing department, she helped me understand what I was trying to do and correctly help me change my well pump with the proper equipment and most importantly the information and knowledge was so valuable and appreciated.

Purchased a Carhartt coat from here 3 days ago for a Christmas gift. It was purchased with no hood and no tag. I went back to exchange it for a different more expensive Carhartt coat because it just didn’t fit right or look right with my casual clothes, it was brought back exactly the way it was purchased. They tried to say they couldn’t take it because it was missing the tag… it didn’t have a tag or a hood when it was purchased that’s why they took 30 minutes to figure out a price before it was purchased. They don’t even recognize their own receipts or merchandise but will gladly sell it to you. Will NEVER do business with these people again.Updated*Went back to the store to speak with manager and the lady that helped me with my purchase originally came up to me and apologized about the way the other lady treated the situation and did exchange the coat and I purchased a different Carhartt coat. Wish all employees at this store were honest like her.
