Went to pu mucinex for son and upon arriving we pressed the button for assistance. After standing there for about 10 minutes I looked down main aisle and seen a lady with keys possibly for cabinet but she was speaking with customer. I waited then noticed her going by quickly. I went to a register and asked the person there to call for assistance also the person that i saw earlier was standing beside her. She said I would have to wait for associate to come off her lunch. Customers are doing self check out and now we have to wait to get medicine? So disappointed in Walmart customer service.

This Walmart never has what I need. Whoever orders the stock needs some help. Check online for what you need before visiting Pembroke store. The two lines that are open are always backed up as well as self checkout.

There's a very disrespectful old woman with purple hair that works in the electronic department here. I had to file a complaint against her for basically insinuating that I was a thief and trying to make a scene in front of other customers, because I pointed at a pair of headphones that I actually paid for after having to get another store associate to help me. It was such an embarrassing experience. If you have to do business at this location, it would be a good idea to avoid her or the electronic department altogether.

Too many people are constantly blocking the aisles. Walmart is extremely crowded, and shoppers with carts stop in the middle of the walkways, making it difficult to move around. It’s frustrating to wait for someone to move every few feet. On top of that, the checkout lines—both self-checkout and regular registers—are backed up, with long waits and few available cashiers. Overall, it’s aggravating and stressful to shop at Walmart.

The workers have nasty attitudes. And pembroke stereotypes people really bad. Find another walmart to go to. It's not hard to be kind. It's not hard to make all people feel welcomed.

Terrible service. Just a couple self service open with minimum cashiers open. Workers blocking aisles and talking with no care in the world.

Walmart is great for having what you need when you need it . What they don't have is the personal to provide great customer service . Not enough people for every department . Forcing others to do two sometimes three jobs that is not contracted with their job title per application . A nice overall place that needs to value its employees and spend the money they need to satisfy customer needs . Thank you !
