It's a poorly messy and unorganized store compared similar business like dollar tree and family dollar... Today I did try to change a brand sprayer lubricant that I bouth two days ago due it wasn't working and the young manager refused to change it. Besides he was impolite and bad attitude.
I am resident area during 18 years being a loyal customer of the captioned store. It will be my last frustrated purchase without possibility to change due malfunctioning !
I suggest all customers to move for chopping in other alternative stores with better attention and quality of products.
Perhaps the CEO migth to take attention with these kind of multiple complains to resolve many strong things happening inside the store without his knowledge.

I love them but they must close 10 minutes til 9 all the time, so frustrating when you’re should be getting there with 10 minutes left or at least 5 minutes. ??

I won't be going back to this Dollar General. At least not for a long time. I politely asked the cashier if there was any possibility of having a hardware supply I needed in the back and without even acknowledging my question proceeds to blatantly accuse me of stealing. That store is a sloppy mess with nothing on the shelves anyway the only reason I go in there Is to get a Starbucks coffee for a couple cents cheaper than Food Lion lol

This store is never open during the stated store hours. They are always closing early which is understandable when short staffed but hours could be edited. They will also close and lock the doors before closing even when you are walking to the door. I think it is sad when a company sees you walking to the door 15 min before closing and still locks it in your face when all I needed was to grab three items which are considerably cheaper then the food lion beside it. So sad and upsetting how companies run their business now just due to COVID.

I frequent this DG on a weekly basis and the employees are rude. The one today acted like I was an inconvenience to her while she was on her “cell phone call”. Huffed and puffed while ringing up clearance items. Sorry I made you work today. That is YOUR job you are getting PAID to do. If you hate your job that much, please find another one. Doubt I will be returning here.
