“Okay store, I've been going here for years. Stock is really low on some things right now but I'm sure that is due to the tariffs. The Craft section is essentially low FYI. Cashiers have always been friendly and I always come to this particular Dollar Tree but I'm going to be going to the new store over on University and Shattalon where the old Walgreens was. It's a beautiful clean store and only my loyalty has kept me at this location. I do recommend the other location if I'm being honest.”

This is coming from the fact that I have worked in retail a lot. Friendly staff, and prices are as expected! Excellent little general store to buy cheap stuff at!”

“Typical Dollar General. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.”

“The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My complaint to corporate is the store is like an oven. I was in there for 5 minutes and I was sweating bullets. I am a 71 year young customer and it was sniffling, so for your employees to have to deal with that for hours is inhumane. Those fans are only circulating warm air. Please look into making your store comfortable for your customers and your valued employees.”
“Clean store. Clerks are nice. They have added more items and this store is always neat and tidy. They only have 1 shopping cart in the store & it was in use. When I asked about it, the clerk said all they had and the carts had been stolen. If you are going to buy a lot of stuff, I suggest you bring your own shopping cart or you will only have access to the hand baskets.”
“Employees were friendly even though I came in right at closing time (I thought they were open an hour later…oops) actually 3 minutes after closing time. They let me run in and grab what I needed and they didn’t have to do that. The store was a bit of a mess but I wasn’t in there long enough to care.”

“I’m an employee here; with that said, there’s not going to be any bias within this review.First and foremost, inside, always semi clean or clean. I can navigate without feeling imma trip on anything.Service: I will say I get great service especially since I do work there so I’m cool with most of my co-workers. I respect the no book bag or bag rule which is put in place for everyone no matter what it may seem.Inventory: it’s whatever they have in season. They either have what you’re looking for or don’t, but usually they do and it’s not hard to navigate either.Now a employee exclusives: usually it’s not hard to get task done but it is annoying to constantly ask for an assistant manager to come over if I need access to something anything other than a refund request. Though I understand why it’s in place but it’s incredibly inconvenient for me and other customers.Some don’t respect or care for the no bag rule and I can sympathize with them a bit and it’s incredibly annoying to deal with people that can’t respect a rule that applies with everyone! More or less a customer issue rather than a job issue.Other than those, I like working here! I can interact with people, joke with people, understand people, and overall just enjoy being around people.Pretty cool store! Rate us! But only when I’m there which is usually Fridays to Sunday!”

“Michael's assistance today was greatly appreciated. The Staff is responsible for the Register, and Stocking at the same time! Micheal was stocking, however, he didn't hesitate to come to the Register. Micheal is a Phenomenal Individual. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and expertise!??? “This Dollar General used to be like so many of them, disorganized, poorly stocked, dirty, staff that didn't care. It's almost expected in these stores. In April this year Sherry came to our local store and wow, what a turn around. Everything changed. Everybody here actually takes pride in their job. This store is clean, well stocked, and the staff seems happy to be there. When have you ever had a staff member come up and volunteer to help you find what you want? Great job to whoever hired Sherry! Best Dollar General I've ever been in!”
