I find shopping there is quite rewarding. Debbie who works at the service desk in the back has helped me with several different projects, she is very knowledgeable on all parts of building..it is nice to shop at someplace where people are actually able to help you.

Nice store and love the new remodeling. Prices seem to be a little higher to other hardwear srore but I understand that due to small store. Would of got a 5 stare but the ladies up front could be alot nicer and more helpful. I understand people have bad days but it all the time. I go quite a bit so I spend a lot of money here and except better service.

There appears to be an unethical relationship between Foothills and Chuck Wallis Construction. When I tried to get a defective storm door replaced - the one we supposedly purchased from Foothills - the manufactures rep told us to contact Chuck Wallis. We have yet to get the defective door replaced. The door does not lock. Plus, there is a 1/4 “ gap on the right top.
