Did a touch up paint job on my jeep to repair scratches...looks AWESOME ....paint matches perfectly..they also a couple of extra things at no charge I would advise anyone to use H&M Motors..they do awesome work!

Used H&M to repair some body damage on my vehicle and the experience was very subpar. When I first picked up my truck, none of the rear turn signals or brake lights worked. Upon further inspection, they didn’t hook up the rear lights before sending me home in the vehicle which is a serious safety issue.Next issue, they didn’t install any of the trim pieces from that side of my vehicle. They corrected this when I returned.However, the ongoing issue is the door still makes wind sounds. After two visits back, I was informed that I would have to come out of pocket to replaced a seal in the door. Before I took the vehicle in for work, it didn’t make a sound. Once the work was done, the sound started as soon as I picked it up and drove over about 50mph. Clearly, this was a result of their work and won’t be corrected by them unless I pay out of pocket.Overall, wouldn’t take my vehicle here again.Services: Painting

I had two of my cars repaired after some damage and they both turned out very nice. However, this third visit when I had a scratch repaired on the side, though the scratch was fixed, the interior fabric of my sunroof had a tear in the corner, and the sides were coming off the track! I take very good care of my cars and I am the only who drives this, and I am absolutely certain that this damage was not there when I dropped the car off. A week later when I picked it up, it didn't catch my eye on the ride home. I didn't think to inspect the interior. Why would anyone even be in there other than to move it, and even then, the sunroof shouldn't be used. The next day, I left the house and I looked up and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The next business day, I brought it up to show Mike, the owner, and he claimed that it wasn't anyone from his place that did that - without even asking them, mind you. I told him that it was absolutely not there when I dropped it off, and it even flaps and makes noise when I drive with the window down since the sides are partially off the track now as well. Certainly I would have noticed this before. He basically said it wasn't them, and I couldn't prove that it wasn't there before - his word against mine. After going around in circles a bit, I flatly asked if he would take responsibility for the damage. He refused, so there was nothing left to do but write these reviews and never use them again. I do NOT recommend.
