Ive used these folks for oil changes a few times. This time I needed a water pump. Terry worked me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, repaired the Expedition and got me finished quickly. Efficient, fair and very professional.

I was heading down 52 when my tire started going flat thank the good Lord I made it here the people were all super nice and fixed my tire quickly also the guy that fixed my tire actually come and asked if I wanted it plugged or patched which to me was beyond nice because most places would have just plugged it and sent me on my way two thumbs up guys!!

This is the best Lube place in the area. Super friendly and trustworthy. This is the ONLY place I take my company supplied vehicles. I have tried others, but this is the best for a quality job I can trust was performed correctly.

Keith is very unprofessional & rude guy. Also, he will give you an estimate then act like he didn't say it, basically will call u lair instead of himself. so watch out this place will over charge you. There is a prayer statement at the end of receipt n you act like that?!? Remember God loves you!

REVIEW: I should thank this business for teaching me the importance of performing my own vehicle maintenance (which I now do) after they attached my drain plug loosely so my oil drained in a month after they changed it and after they gave me a singular brake pad on each brake after changing my brakes for the love of god mamma mia I won’t throw around accusations but jesucristu

Tech I am training currently took a fleet vehicle there last week, they charged him 186.95 for an oil change! 39.95 fee for “free tire rotation”. His truck is now at the Chevrolet dealership getting the transmission fixed as it stopped shifting into overdrive the day after service here. I would definitely urge you NOT to use this place, especially if you have a fleet vehicle. Nightmare experience for my colleague.

My husband and I were traveling back from the beach yesterday and had issues with the vehicle we were in. The owner was kind enough to check things out and provide us with a safe and cool space to wait on AAA to arrive and tow the vehicle to the dealership in Winston-Salem. Three hours later and, with a AAA tow nowhere in sight or any projected time for arrival, Mr. Collins called his young employee in to tow it for us. Upon loading the vehicle, something happened and the malfunction light went away and the suspension issue seemed to resolve itself. They promptly rolled the vehicle off and filled us in. My husband and I would have been none the wiser but these two men were honest and informed us, gave us the option of what to do and returned our money. We made it home to WV with no issues. We are so thankful to have met such decent people. We were in a vulnerable situation and the kindness shown to us was above and beyond!
