Came through about 2am to grab a cup of coffee and some diesel. The guy running the counter was friendly and personable, which is rare these days.

Fraud Concern – No Star Review
On April 6th at approximately 5:00 PM, we encountered a concerning situation with a staff member. My husband attempted to make a purchase, but instead of asking for his membership, the employee scanned a different membership card—presumably her own( or new daily card she uses to tranfer points)—without his consent. When I exited the restroom and joined him, he was already questioning why a membership ID appeared on the receipt, as he had witnessed her scanning a card.
The employee claimed to be unaware of the issue, but I had to remind her twice to scan my own membership. I requested that she refund the entire transaction so that the appropriate membership would receive the points, but she stated that everything would need to be rescanned, and since our children were already in the car with the purchased items, we decided not to proceed. Her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
There were two women working at the time, and while it’s unclear if both were involved, the initial employee—who had blonde hair—was definitively responsible for the incident.
We are deeply concerned by this behavior. If employees are willing to bypass standard procedures for personal gain, it raises questions about other potential misconduct. Attached is the receipt as proof.
This experience was disappointing and has damaged our trust in your store's integrity.

I used to stop here in pilot Mt because I am an amputee an I am not walking as if yet. The staff used to bring me what I needed out for me they would come get my money an get the items ring them up then bring them to me. So around 6 months ago or so I stopped an there was an employee outside of the store I ask him if he would take my money an bring me three items when he had a chance. But clearly he was not busy at the time.he said we don't do that anymore. I said well they always have in the past. He said well I am the new manager. An we don't do that anymore. So I left an haven't been back since I go to a store now that will bring me my items to me. It would be so much simpler if I could walk but I can't at this time

Unwelcoming staff, limited selection, and junky-looking building. Circle K across the street is cleaner, with very friendly staff, has probably double the selection, and is obviously a newer building. Only reason to choose the Speedway over the Circle K here would be if the lines were too long. Even then, I'd be happy to wait.
