“I had made an appointment for 12:00.....but due to not so great weather...I was contacted to see if I was going to make the appointment. I said yes but could I possibly come earlier. I was told yes so after a good workout at the gym I took my car to Tire Max. There were several things that needed their attention and after a not too long wait, it was all finished! I was pleasantly surprised at the time it took and the cost was close to what I was planning! They did a great job and I will definitely return! Thank you guys!”

“Been working on my vehicles for 15 years. Trust them to always do the right thing for the customer. I had a VW CC SPORT, at the time they advised could not do work on this vehicle. I appreciate they were willing to tell me prior to taking on a job knowing they could not complete. The Office Staff has always treated me with respect and acknowledged my concerns when I may not understand the depth of the repair.

“Can't say enough good stuff about this place. I tried another specialty diesel shop that used to be in Kernersville prior and wish I found Oliver diesel first. The first shop charged me to do a repair that had to be redone correctly in less than a year. To be fair I think the first shop specializes in the Cummins engine. The previous shop offered to repair it again but I did not want the same problem in 10 months plus they moved to Thomasville. The team at Oliver Diesel ordered the correct parts, diagnosed any issue that I was having and had my truck turned around repaired, with a Stage 1 Turbo and a DCR pump Conversion in no time. They did a great job, no mess under the hood and my truck has been running great. Now I have to buy more toys for them to install! Like other reviews, everyone had great customer service at Oliver Diesel and really seemed to enjoy working there. Don't be overwhelmed by the number of trucks in the parking lot, they get a lot of business, but they also have a great system of getting them in and out correctly. If you have a ford power stroke this is the only diesel shop you should be going to. Save yourself the headache and take it to the right place! Thanks Ricky and team! I'll definitely be back!”

“My family has been going to these guys since their dad first opened it! It was owned by Mr Clay McCollum ( his wife Margaret was the school teacher ) before who had it as a dealership in 60's and 70's As a kid we bought a couple cars from him plus he was our next door neighbor! Lol. These guys are honest prices are fair and lots cheaper that a dealership! Dealerships now get anywhere from $120-$180 an hour! Be thankful that you guys have such dependable and very smart guys working on your vehicles because they are hard to come by.??????”

3 separate auto shops could not figure out what was wrong with my car. Beroth not only took their time but reassured me along the way they would figure out what was wrong.

I’ve been to 311 for a few small things in the past, but had a laundry list of things pop up on my truck this week that was going to cost $6,000 to get done at the dealer I normally use. Mark was able to get all of it done plus a few extra things he noticed for less than $3,000. He was very upfront and honest about his pricing and squeezed me in without an appointment. I will be bringing my Silverado there for all of my services moving forward. Stop by and your wallet will be glad you did!”

“We were in Madison for medical situation with my brother, and discovered we needed a seal and air bags for our pickup. Just knew we were going to get stuck with a big bill and not sure what kind of service we would get being from out of state. However, to our amazement the southern hospitality shown through . And we found a mechanic that my husband (a mechanic for 48 years himself) actually trusted to do the work. That doesn’t happen often. This place is top notch, friendly, clean, thorough, and didn’t break the bank . The Pickup was in and out in no time. Cannot say enough good about this young man, his employees , and shop. “I’ve done automotive paint repair for over 20 years. Mild collision repair and paint. My son got rear ended and was too much damage for me to handle comfortably. I chose Joyce after multiple people I know recommended them. I was beyond satisfied with the work. As a painter I know what to look for. Hands down some of the best work I’ve ever seen. It was hard to take it to someone else cause attention to detail a lot of shops lack. Not the case here. They do a great job and back to factory as close as someone can get it. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will always do anything of mine I’m not able to handle myself.”

“These guys helped me out in the pinch they found me some decent used tires for a car in a day. They're very rare tires to find 275 / 40 19 inch they called me the next day and let me know they have four decent tires for my car and I appreciate that. They were really quick on putting the tires on and very friendly it is a father and son business. You don't really see that too much anymore. They will get you in and out and on your way or they will stop and talk to you if you're looking for a little bit of conversation I highly recommend them and they also do new tires. For my first time visiting them ever. They did amazing job Anne would recommend them they also have great pricing”
