Can’t even begin to think of all the appropriate adjectives to describe our wonderful experiences with Pine Level Furniture.. their gracious customer service and gorgeous accents for our home. We have never left without purchasing furniture and/or bits-n-bobs, that have always been a welcomed addition to our home. With that being said, we have never felt pressured or pursued, by this locally owned business and staff, while browsing around their store. They are always extremely helpful when answers are needed about their merchandise … regardless of how busy they might be at that time. It’s always been such a pleasure perusing and doing business with Pine Level Furniture!!!!!

My family has been shopping for many years with these good people and their family-owned local business! Love my sectional couch — it is quality fabric and craftsmanship. You won’t go wrong trusting them with your furniture and decorating needs.

Great experience! I was looking for some rocking chairs for my mother for Mother’s Day. The team here were fantastic at helping me out, taking measurements of the chairs, etc. They carry Troutman rocking chairs, made in NC, very high quality. I was very pleased with the experience, Elliot was super helpful, he helped to clean the dust off the chairs and load them up in my truck. My mom was very happy with the rocking chairs, I highly recommend Pine Level Hardware & Furniture!!!

We love our new table and could not be more impressed with the quality! Solid wood and beautifully crafted for a reasonable price. Delivery was very affordable and they delivered within two hours of us leaving the store (we live within a 20 min drive of the store). Delivery men were punctual, polite and friendly. They went above and beyond by placing foam pads on the bottoms of chair legs to protect our floors.

I really enjoy spending time at this beautiful business. Lots of styles to choose from with an array of fabric choices. Terry, Elliott, and Ben are so nice to work with & always go the extra mile to make certain you get what you are looking for. I don't like being "hounded" when I am shopping so it has been pleasant to browse when I go there to pick out furniture & not have someone constantly on my heels trying desperately to make the sale. They promptly greet me when I enter the store, offer their help, & then let me browse at my leisure, checking in from time to time to see if I have questions or need additional help. I think that their price point is excellent & they offer a variety of quality furniture. The hardware portion of the store is nice as well; I just have not had needs in that portion of the store. (I will say that they offer a very tasty Raspberry Jalapeño natural jam that has just enough "kick" to excite my taste buds!!) So do yourself a favor & head over to Pine Level to spend some time with all the friendly folks at this unique establishment!! I am sure you will be able to find whatever you need on site or they will work up an order to see that you get it as soon as possible. And don't forget the jam!!!
