Previous owner/management used to have two people available to help customers. Now there are longer lines, and it takes the person longer to process shipments because they are talking to other customers in line who have questions. It took me 12 minutes to get out of this store, I was first in line with only two packages. All this due to one person trying to help too many people at once, starting and stopping the task of entering my package info in the computer. The other person there was just sitting at the table on his phone, not offering help to any customer.I mailed Christmas cards through this store the first week of December. A relative who lives only 3 hours away did not receive the card until the day before new years. I wondered at the time I mailed my cards about it getting lost in the mix due to how it was tossed on the table in a mass disarray of envelopes and packages.I come here because of the close proximity to my home. I might start making the longer drive down to SP.

This place is very convenient! Dropped off a couple of cases. The staff was friendly and fast, I was in and out in no time.
