If you are looking for a company that cares about their customers well being, try somewhere else!! When a new mask was needed, Mabry's decided to switch my wife's c-pap machine mask without notification when they "stopped carrying" the model she had been using (that worked great!) They made the executive decision to send her a model she's never tried on, cost us more out of pocket, & does NOT work at all! The fact a medical supply company can just switch up proper supplies for patients/customers is absurd & really quite bothersome. Does this happen with medications too!? Hope not! Guess its okay though since sleep is not a necessity. Even after the issues the was no follow up, no apology, nothing........

I Love the one in Hamlet NC. If you xant find your medical supplies they will have it or be able to order it for you. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They also carry a variety of cards for special occasions and gifts. The one in Pinehurst NC is a warehouse for deliveries, sorry but you can not purchase from this location. They are locally owned and have been in business for many years.
