Wow, high end course, greens were horrible!! Fungus has taken over. Bunkers unkept.. make sure it is in better shape before you pay top dollar!!

Played #9 Monday on a buddies golf trip. Very nice course. Undulating fairways in great condition. Greens in excellent condition with tiers on almost everyone. The tiered greens are in contrast to the turtleback greens on the other Pinehurst courses we would play. Great course to start the trip with. Good lunch and staff was so nice. Highly recommend.

Out of all the numbered courses this one is easiest . Alot of houses around the course feels like a Florida course. If you want a break from getting your teeth kicked in from the others nice break

great history, beautiful course. gave up after nine. just a drudge. sad thing is it was lightening compared to most of the other pinehurst courses.
