This was a good pharmacy but sadly, not any more. Lots of issues over the past few years. Wrong pills, wrong number of pills, forgotten deliveries... Recently they charged our card for some prescriptions that my spouse and I were not even given the opportunity to approve or disapprove the charges for! One of the prescriptions is no longer in use. When we called and asked them to not do that again we were accused of being abusive and condescending! I recently got out of the hospital and was in need of having a prescription delivered and after the pharmacist calmed down the delivery was scheduled for the next day. The next day the pharmacist calls and asks me why he should delivery my prescription when my spouse was mean to him the day before! I remained calm and tried to reason with him but he kept saying un complementary things about my spouse! I could hear my spouse speaking to him the day before and my spouse was not mean or disrespectful. Finally I had enough and not so politely told him so. Imagine calling and harassing a customer like that.
Imagine not apologizing for charging the customer for items they didn't order, ask for, or know about! We're lucky their actions didn't result in insufficient funds!

Nothing short of excellent! They have been filling my wife’s prescriptions for several years now. Not once has there been an issue that wasn’t resolved immediately. Absolutely great folks and I highly recommend them.

Great local pharmacy. Nice to see that they have students learning people skills on occasion. I have never used it but they have a delivery service for those who need it.

Seem to want Military customers business up front, but when you try them for Tricare Rx they become a serious problem with filling scripts for more than 30 days, and processing transfers to Express Scripts.

Just in case you only read the first sentence- This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever done business with. This was absolutely an outstanding experience. My famliy's prescriptions to defaulted to Walgreens at Ivy Ln. EVERY SINGLE experience at Walgreens was negative. Finally today I reached my limit and called my insurance company, and then Quality Care to confirm they accepted Tricare. I talked to a nice, personable pharmacist. Not only was he kind, he offered to make the call and get my child's antibiotic prescription, as well as my family's information, swapped over and call me as soon as he was able to get it all handled. (I waited over 4.5 hours at Walgreens just to be told it's going to "be a while" just to get an antibiotic filled". This was distinctly contrasted with customer service of Quality Care, which went above and beyond any expectation I had. Within 30 min of my calling they had all my info switched over and the meds were ready. Today Quality Care Pharmacy earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend you give this pharmacy your business, you won't regret it.

This is a great neighborhood pharmacy. I switched to Quality Care after years of dealing with a major, well-known drug store who regularly delayed my medication and showed little care. The medication prices at Quality Care are the same as the major companies but they are very personable and kind. It took me a little while to get used to the hours they're open but that is a minor inconvenience compared to how great they are to work with.

I went here to pick up my medicine. I went through the drive thru. It was an older woman. It seemed as though I was wasting her time. My husband has had the same experience. She was rude and not a people person. I will never return here. If you work with the public at least show some kindness. Don't work around the public if you don't like people. It's simple.

Thanks, Quality Care! I've had a great experience as a customer here - everyone is friendly and works hard to make sure that all of our needs are met. I had a difficult time getting a prescription transferred from both Dr./previous pharmacy, and this team didn't give up! I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism, and they have a great range of OTC products on hand as well. Everything I could want in a pharmacy!

I recommend this place to everyone I know, and don't know! The staff has gone out of their way to find discounts for me when the price of my meds went up. They don't hassel me when I can only afford half the script at the time, and don't charge me extra for getting less meds like most pharmacies. Best thing is,, except for one time (and I don't think she is there anymore), no one looks at me funny or down at me when they see what meds I'm picking up. In general, no judgement, service always with a smile, helpful, friendly. I've been a customer since they first opened, and will continue to be as long I live in Moore County.

This pharmacy is great. I pick up my father-in-law’s medicine from this place from time to time and it’s always ready and at a great price. The pharmacists are always happy to answer my questions and the techs are super friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Jason and his staff are doing a phenomenal job and deserve all the praise in the world for dealing with a difficult public during these difficult times.
