This was our used location for IPostal1, and we found out after returning to the US all I postal 1 is a computer program/management system. All of the below customer service issues were a direct result of this place. Was an absolutely horrible experience dealing with them!Cannot wait to get home and change locations of this service. Take over 6weeks to scan our mail and have the gall to charge us over time fees for having mail in our box over 30days. My wife(account owner) emails them and hears nothing.If you don’t want to be strait up stolen from, choose another service!**Update**Got refunded for the overage. Still have mail from 11 Jan 23 in our box waiting to be scanned, ready for another overage fee. -22 Feb 23**Update II**Still waiting on a scan for a Item, emailed both the contracted service and IPostal. It was requested to be scanned on 11Jan23, it is 06Mar23… I would love to do my taxes…**Update III**Well it has been a month since calling Ipostal1 to get some of these issues resolved and some new ones(Called 29Mar2023). I got told they could not get anyone to answer the phone at our site that is receiving our mail and we would get a Email. It has been a month and no word. Still getting charged overage fees for the mail in out box THAT IS NOT EVEN ADDRESSED TO US, or has our name on it.So the resolution here is my wife and I are spending $2,400 on plane tickets home to get this situation resolved because we cannot live outside the US with no one taking care of our mail. I get that Ipostal1 is not completely responsible for this and the office they have contracted to do these things is the issue, but when I owned a business I would not be paying a subcontractor to not perform. I surely would not tell my customers that they are not and I cannot do anything while those customers have been paying me for 8mo…**Update IV**Well got home and was promised they would change the location of our delivery due to the inaction of the current Pinehurst location. Waited a few weeks and got a email basically saying, “Guess what we don’t have to move you to Staples in Southern Pines, the Pinehurst location has new management and is going to be great”… well they were not great, still have not had anything scanned or shredded in almost 8mo. Service canceled. Paid them 8mo to do nothing. Time to report this business to the BBB.Would love to know where my wife and my replacement credit cards went that were delivered 3mo ago..***Final Resolution*** The BBB got them to refund 8mo of service. Done with them and glad for it. Upped the stars to two because I lost a bet to my wife that their check would bounce.

The last few times I've been here the employees have been so friendly. It's very convenient to my house for shipping anything and they have items in there for purchase! The candles are amazing and usually bogo or by one get 1/2 of the 2nd.Cute little gift shop!

Im starting not to believe this sign. Qwik Pack and Ship 222 Central Park Ave Suite E, Pinehurst, NC 28374. Been here many years and I also have seen this sign about supposedly employee shortage and closing early. Definitely not the case now that I think of it. There are plenty of people to hire here alone. Same scenario as previous posts. Either nobody wants to personally work for owner/manager or this business is saving on labor and closing business down early for a full weekend at owners/managers personal discretion. Whats the benefit in coming here. Not a community benefit at all at this point. Just go to post office since they will never close early.

There is always a sign on the door that says "Out will be back at 12 :30 " or Emergency will open on a certain date.It happens almost every week. Dont the owners know that their staff is always out?? Very disappointing when the store hours on the website say theyre open .

I went to QuickPack and ship at 222 Central Park Ave in Pinehurst last Thursday Mar 24th and asked them to FedEx a copy of my X-rays and medical records to a Doctor in Charlotte. They charged me $39.01. My Doctor in Charlotte called me this morning and said the FedEx did not arrive. It has been 5 days. I stopped by the QuickPack and ship office this morning and was told by the manager that she had taken Friday off so no FedEx packages were shipped that day. Since it has been 5 days, she refunded my $39.01 but my Doctor in Charlotte still does not have the package. I called FedEx and explained but they didn't seem to care. The tracked it and said it would be delivered to day, Mar 29th by 4:30. So WHEN IT ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY HAS TO BE THERE TOMORROW....Do NOT take to QuickPack and Ship at 222 Central Park Ave in Pinehurst. It could take 5 or more days. US Mail could have done better. At least if the postmaster takes the day off things still get shipped.??No photo description available.

Excellent, quality service! I left with a receipt and tracking number and was pleased to receive email confirmation once my package was picked up by carrier. Highly recommend!
