Looks like another bad review for this bank! I tried to open a Business Account and was not able to the same day because my Corporation Stated it was Foreign, but the Banker that acted liek she knew waht she was doing did not realize that it's Foreign to NC since I'm from VA. Wells Fargo lost my Business!

bank need to notice your customers you are going to temporarily closed, otherwise people like me , who can’t get the important file from the save box. So what can I do now?

Ms. Linda helped me everything was smooth and fine. Only thing was she seemed a little over whelmed that they double booked my appointment time and I’m assuming she was the only one helping people! Other then that no complaints not sure how it happened!

Greeted very unenthusiastically and was asked, “Don’t you know how to do online banking?” I know how to online bank but I actually wanted to speak to a person that seemed interested in keeping my business. Then she looked up the 800 numbers and gave them to me. I wanted to speak to someone about a mortgage and the signs on the building say, “Insurance, retirement, banking and mortgages”. Seems to me that the signs should say, “800 numbers available.”

I was advised that they were not obligated to cash a cashier's check for me buy if I opened a new account they would cash it for me. They advised it's a case by case basis, seems to be a ploy to get you to invest more.

Great service at a location that is not so busy they don't greet you by name. Elaine Rios has been a helpful resource when I need anything at this location

The personal bankers at this location are simply a waste of time. I applied for a home equity loan five and a half weeks ago. When I filed I was told that it would take 3 hours to submit the form then she would call me. 3 weeks later I called figuring she had forgotten. Her response? "I told you it would take awhile". She had handed the loan off to another personal banker at this location. This lady was on vacation so I was told she would call me back on Monday. After 2 weeks, without receiving a call, I called again. This time I was told the account was showing "pending". She would call the underwriter and call me right back. 3 days later I called a different branch. This time I was told the application was "withdrawn". This banker called the underwriter and found that the original application was not filed properly and when I called Friday the other branch withdrew the application and had not filed an amended application. Again, I never received a call from them. My advice, avoid this place like the plague! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 9+ years. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had with this company. No excuse!
