Tanisha and Victor treated me so well in spite of my really bad attitude. I was upset at Asurion trying to get my phone fixed, but the website and the number wasn't working. I was cursing and raising my voice. I should have been kicked out. But Takisha called them for me and Victor helped calm me down. She fully solved everything for me. I am so thankful for their patience and empathy towards me. They are amazing at their job. Can't thank them enough.

After being told I couldn’t return an online order to the store, after calling to get a return label and being told I couldn’t return an online item myself - could only return in store, after going BACK to store and told I’d have to wait 30 minutes but could come back another time after making an appointment, after coming back another day at exact appointment time - just to return an item - I STILL was sitting and waiting for 30 minutes - until the sales person FINALLY got up and did the 1 minute transaction. Thank you, I stayed calm, but I will never enter an AT&T store again unless I’ve completely lost my mind.

Javier went above and beyond to help me get credit for my trade-ins and set-up my new phone. He was patient and thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store! He was Absolutely Awesome!

Javier was very helpful with our visit! Even though we just went in for a simple screen installation and a return, Javier exceeded our expatations. He didn't just help us with the return but also helped us remove some unwanted things on our account and helped us save more money in the long run. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!

They deserve 0 stars actually. Besides the bad customer service I experienced, the most alarming thing was their selling tactics. I'm guessing they force every customer to purchase insurance with their new phone and I pushed back against that. They took it off and then when I offered to pay for my phone in full and they wouldn't accept my money because they wanted me to finance it. The manager actually told me that they don't sell phones they sell plans to buy phones.Being in sales this sounds so slimy. I feel bad for employees with a good heart.I went and bought my pro 15 max from another Att store and it was the direct opposite experience.

I came in to buy an Apple Watch. Just wanted the watch. Javier said I could not just buy the watch as an accessory, I had to add a line and add the watch. I did it and while buying the watch, he added a HomeTech service to my account for $25/month. We never had a conversation about that service and I did not ask for it. THAT’s FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS!!!I did not know it was added until after I left and received a text message about it. Called the 800 number and filed a complaint about it. Because of that, I’m returning the watch. I went into the store to return the watch, mind you I was told the restocking fee would be waived. I go in and they say they cannot waive the restocking fee at all and I have to pay to return it even though the notes say so. I’ll never come back to this location ever again!

Went to upgrade my phone and told my trade in will be worth $830. Spent more than an hour and finished data transfer and everything. Then told my phone will be worth $350. I would not agree to upgrade if I was told my phone only worth $350. The manager said he is sorry for the inconvenience and I can return it if I want. WTH I just erased everything for the data transfer. I will never visit this place again. They lied and do not value the customer’s time.
