One of the last bookstores with new books in it. They have more toys and miscellaneous items since last time I was in a Barnes and Nobel but most related to novels. If you like coffee there is a Starbucks and plenty of seating.

When you are looking for relaxation and quiet time to read that special book or books; rest well and enjoy that moment.

They have 2 big upholstered chairs upstairs and several downstairs. I was at the mall with my 4 of my grandchildren and planned to hang here while they did their thing. The last time I was here they had only wooden desk chairs to sit in. IM OLD!! I have a bad back. I was dreading the wait. Plus, plus for old folks. I got food from McAlister deli in the mall and ate it in the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble!!

Love it. Big store, two stories. Books, magazines, coffee, and more. Looks like they have a great selection of books and games.

When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by the selection, I felt like I was in a truly 5 Star Pl. They have three floors, where the first floor is where the children’s toys and adult games are. There is something for everyone in your family, to buy for your friends. Just a wonderful experience overall. One and then go upstairs to find fiction and nonfiction alike, sit down for coffee and dessert, and even tasteful dishes healthy sandwiches. If everyone wants to enhancer experience, they can join to be a premier member, after which they receive 10% of all titles in addition to discounts on the food. The parkingis perfect, and there is handicap accessibility.

Went in to look for a certain book for a gift. An employee, Taylor, actively approached me while I was browsing to ask if I needed help. He was able to locate the book for me very quickly. I probably would have been wandering around 30min if it weren't for him. Awesome service.

I went to purchase some books for my angel tree recipient. Could not find one employee to help look for certain kinds of children's books. There was a long line at checkout with one cashier. I left the store without any books.

This book store earns a 5 star rating mainly because it exists. Most brick and mortar book stores have gone the way of the dodo. Beyond that it's clean, spacious, has a coffee bar and seating to enjoy a cup while parusing a book. It also has magazines, CDs, DVDs and accessories e.g. bookmarks, magnifying glasses etc. It's brightly lit and in a large shopping mall so plenty of parking and open mall hours.

Cat was awesome. I had to return some books, she was courteous, helpful and professional. She also looked up a few books for me.

It was certainly busy in there, but the collection was well organized and I was able to find what I needed. The staff members were kind and helped answer any questions I had.

Great place to relax and read in relative peace. Wonderful and helpful staff, books are clearly labeled, and the children's section is very large.

I'm a frequent visitor to Barnes & Noble Pineville, and I love working from both the cozy café downstairs and the peaceful upstairs areas. The staff is always friendly, patient, and greets me politely. And, of course, the collection of books here is unparalleled; it's like diving into an ocean of great reads.
