I rented a unit at this facility for over 1.5 years. It is safe and clean with absolutely NO traces of pests. I especially appreciated Nancy’s friendly customer service and attention to detail. She makes rounds multiple times a day to make sure everything is secure and that there are no conditions that could damage items being stored in the units. That really gave me peace of mind—especially living in another country. This is a great option for storage in Pineville. My rate for a 10x20x8 unit started at $202/mo (first three months were discounted 35%) and the price increased to $241 after the first year with no other price increases before hitting the two year mark. I would have been happy to stay but I needed to downsize and move my belongings outside of the Charlotte metro area for long-term storage.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Nancy and Roslyn were awesome! They were very helpful in showing me the facilities, explaining my options and answering questions. I enjoyed talking with them. The facilities were very nice, clean and well lighted. The location was convenient. I highly recommend them.

FIVE STARS isn’t enough to rate this facility. I’ve had so much going on, I meant to rate this place a while ago. I can’t begin to explain without tears coming to eyes how great Rosalyn and Nancy have been so helpful. Rosalyn thank you for your understanding and patience. That phone call that day, I’ll never forget. Life has being giving me the business. I have precious memories I can never get back, and all glory be to God I chose this facility. I appreciate all you do, please continue with the great customer service. THAT PART! It’s important, that’s how business is earned and gained. It’s not about the money all the time. It’s the service to the customers that makes a successful business and you all have done that. Thank you.

The owners are friendly and helpful. Online move-in was easy. The carts in the storage building were very helpful for unloading and reloading.
