I drove 35 minutes to this "Best Buy" outlet. Which typically isn't a Best Buy once you get inside. Yet a whole sale open box mess! I was given the wait a second finger by a staff member who proceeded to say, " I'm trying to listen to the headset. I waited another five minutes at the repair desk waiting for some help. As I hear the sale associate with red hair and beard laughing with another associate in the back. He and another associate finally emerge from the back. I asked for help from him yet again. This time to be told, let me get someone to add you to the help line. Very unprofessional service for everyone to be pretending to be busy. I'm walked out and never was assisted. All I wanted was help grabbing my daughter another ipad. Such a shame that people don't even want to help, even when they are getting paid for it.

I mean, we saved a few bucks on a tv but our experience was terrible. Walked in and found a tv we wanted. There was one in a box so they gave us that one and we went home. Took it out of the box and discovered the screen was delaminated. Weird because they told us they were tested and thoroughly inspected. Whatever. Drove an hour back to exchange it. The lady in charge had it removed from the box and she claimed she couldn’t see the delaminations. I pointed them out and she asked for a rag to wipe them off. I wished her good luck with that. Another manager was called over who confirmed the delaminations were a known issue with the initial shipping. The lady was clearly upset having not been successful in pinning it on me. Her attitude shifted to being short and nasty to me. She told me to go wait by my car and they’d bring another one out to me. They wrapped up another one and brought it out. Great. Got it an hour home to discover they left out the power cord and remote. No direct number to the store to have them overnight it to us. Had to call the main customer service line and submit a ticket. Now we will have to make a third one hour trek to the store and presumably argue to get the remote and cord. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there. The vibe from that employee was super negative and we had to waste so much time and gas. I probably just should have paid full price at the Northlake store

We had our old Toyota get a carplay system installed. Santini did a great job on the install and going over all the features. I would recommend the Pineville Best Buy for stereo installs. He even recommended some other upgrades which we might do in the future. We ordered everything online with a help of a BB represenative. Made it very simple and Santini is a real good person to work with. Thank you.

Be prepared to experience bewildered stares of seemingly clueless, daydreaming employees unwilling to acknowledge your presence as they stand frozen and emotionless admiring the haste in which the few hardworking employees do the entirety of the labor while also being burdened with the requirement to engage with the customers likely experiencing a significant delay that is potentially unnecessary considering they’ve paid in full and followed the instructions provided to let everyone know they have arrived and for what item they’ve prepaid to pick up and go about their day. Further, be forewarned that, although seemingly incapable of helpful movement, they can swiftly engage their inner Wyatt Earp and fuss towards a child as if they were leading bandits into a bank to rob by simply throwing away a lollipop stick in a trash can with no disturbance of any Best Buy property or causing any team member to be in danger. We have been here twice in about a week and found the lack of customer service to be the norm. To the male team member that actually greeted us and helped get our item, I thank you. To Best Buy for a discount on the item, we are sincerely grateful. To the lady concernedabout my son’s use of a trash can, I’d encourage you to attempt showing asmuch care in the act of assisting a customer as you did in defense of the unharmed plastic bin and surrounding area, it’d make you a key asset.

The place needs a serious revamp. I was given the wrong product, came back to return it and had to wait for almost an hour. They could not even provide me with a refund receipt so they had to write it down with a pen. A lot of the workers just stand there and do nothing.

Paid 1800$ for a washing machine with a dent and then upon finding the door was broken inside I spent an hour trying to get someone to help. I will never buy appliances from Best Buy again. No one has helped me. Furious. Employees should have checked for flaws like I asked. Call disconnects when I try to get help.

Pricing is hilarious! $500 for a LG dishwasher with dents all over it?! Lowes brand new is $499 exact model. You can get a brand new TCL TV at Walmart for $300. Here is is same price and damaged.

There were a bunch of very badly dented and ragged looking refrigerators, and very few stoves, microwaves or dishwashers. I came to find those appliances mentioned above but I guess over the last several weeks people were coming and purchasing these items pretty strongly. I've been to the outlet several times over the past 2 years and found it to be very helpful in my decision making, but this last time the store and the items in it was pretty ragged.

This is a pretty cool store. They have lots of open box or slightly used items. Discounts are decent but not amazing.

Poor service from the white man who laugh and refuse to serve me and wouldn't give customer service by breaking a $10 bill he was rude and ignorant. This blonde hair teenage dude should never work. He made me mad im speaking with the manager for his poor service
