My experience at the Pineville store has been amazing. Ingrid will probably go down as being the most patient sales representative ever. She answered all of my questions over 2 days and made my transition from my old carrier to Boost a breeze. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

Finally had to switch to t mobile after multiple phones through boost with service that would almost never work, no help from boost they just try to sell new phone or new sim card and no difference after wasting hundreds of dollars.

We stopped in to get them to look at my phone because it was acting up. I ended up walking out of there with a new phone. The rep was AWESOME!! She educated us on the difference between the A32 and the A21, so I'm thinking I had the best phone but then she informed me that Boost don't do their upgrades like we thought. My A21 is the best I've had since being with Boost. We told her that we would be back on Friday to get my Bae a phone as well and remembered us. We were in and out with no problem.

went in to get a replacement for my Samsung galaxy a13 5g and I saw it on the boost mobile site online for $69.99 so I went up there and the young lady at the counter was trying to charge me $249.99 !!! I asked her as to why I'm being charged triple as its being advertised on the Boost website and she said "well thats online"... VERY SHADY BEWARE!!!
