I came in here with a friend with no intentions of making a purchase. However, I found a pair of Ariat Chelsea boots that I fell in love with. Jacob was so helpful in leading me to the perfect boot in terms of style and comfort. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was helped at purchase by the manager (Ken) who was patient with me explaining how to get rewards points on my next purchase even though it was nearing the end of his work day. I would highly recommend this location for your next Western purchase! Clean store, friendly staff and endless options for all! Thanks for making my Christmas, guys!

Pretty sure my spouse was profiled yesterday evening by the lady near the men’s section. This is one of our favorite Boot Barn locations to browse, and I must say the vibes are most of the time off, ..that’s why we just go to try on boots, see what we like, and then just order online.

This is my go to place for my work boots. I always get the same pair. The last time I went I didn’t see the pair I like in my size. The worker had told me if it wasn’t there they didn’t have it. Didn’t help me look and eventually after 20 minutes I found my size on a different shelf. Love this place either way

This is NOT a book store. It is a boot and clothing store. It is well stocked especially for men. The personnel should not judge if someone is handicapped based on how they think the person looks. I asked for the handicapped dressing room and the attendant huffed and puffed like it was a problem and I shouldn't have been asking. What she didn't know was that I had had a total knee replacement and then a revision less than 2 weeks prior and trying on clothes without at least sitting down would be a challenge at the least. There are no grab bars so it is not truly a handicapped dressing room. Regardless I felt judged for asking to use it. Never assume someone's status.

Didn't have good customer service. I was looking for a new pair of work boots, considering I am a traveling pipe welder. Went through multiple boots and did not see my size.
I stood in the back of the store for a good period of time. Waiting for somebody to show up after that I had to go find somebody. When I did find somebody, the 2 individuals that worked there. We're just standing there, having their own conversation. This again proves my point North Carolina. It's not part of the true south and does not know true southern hospitality....

I needed help with a off shoulder white top for my wedding. I went in with a particular one in mind. The store didn't have it but ordered it and it is being shipped to my home. The young lady that waited on me went out of her way to help me with sizing and to find the location of the top I wanted. My fiance also found his shirt there. We will definitely shop with them again.

This is a very nice and clean place HOWEVER, I could not even enjoy looking around at all the apparel without being bombarded with Employees. A girl came up to me and asked if I needed help, I said No thank you, that we were just tagging along with my husband and daughters boyfriend. Then she tried to sell me a pair of shoes I didn’t like. I was approached by her at least 2 more times in the span of 5 minutes trying to sell me other items. If I want something, I’ll ask for help when I need it.

This boot barn was phenomenal Ivan helped me with a return with no difficulty. Ivan gave great customer service probably one of the best I've had in years at a boot barn. I recommend coming here and asking Ivan to help you.
