“Chris was extremely helpful when I came in looking for a quote on a front bumper. Instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way, he spent over an hour walking me through different parts and explaining how I could save a significant amount of money. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear about every option. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me make the best decision.”

“Beam Auto Glass is a 5 star for customer service! Susie was an amazing person on the phone, who went out of her way to assist me in a courteous and thoughtful way! They do replacement of auto glass for passenger windows that get broken when Charlotte car thieves decide to break in and try to Hot wire cars! Really appreciated their attention to detail and a fair estimate of the price!”

“Called to schedule an estimate for a bumper issue, said I could drive by and they'd take a look, NO appointment needed, so when I drove by, they took a look and literally fixed it on the spot. Yes it was a minor issue but still that's amazing customer service. Thanks Queen City Body Works”

“My family and I have been using Fred Hudson Paint and Collision for many years. We've had them do everything from detail work, small scratch repaint/repairs, to more extensive body work done on high-end cars. Mike, Cindy and the rest of the team are absolute professionals, and Mike is an artist when it comes to paint matching and quality. You can count on them to repair your vehicle the right way, using the best parts and decades of experience. And they are great in handling insurance. Highly recommend them!”

“I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision. From my very first conversation with Melissa, she was informative, patient, and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. She made me feel comfortable and reassured during what was already a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated. Keith was amazing throughout the entire repair process. He knew how much this car meant to me, and I truly felt like I could trust him 100% with it. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The repairs were perfect, my car looked brand new and was spotless when I got it back! Keith and his team exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service from start to finish was exceptional, and I’m extremely happy with the repairs on my Audit Q3. Melissa and Keith really made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend this Caliber Collision location.”

“I had an excellent experience with Body Pros Collision. John (the owner) and Shontell (Administrator) were both outstanding from start to finish—professional, communicative, and truly on top of everything. They did amazing work on my Mini Countryman. The quality of the body work and paint was top-tier, the turnaround time was solid, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. The vehicle came back looking brand new, perfectly aligned, and detailed with care. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a collision shop that delivers elite results with honest, dependable service, Body Pros Collision is the place to go. Highly recommended.”
