“Kim and her team have tirelessly worked year upon year to provide the best consignment experience for their customers! As a consigner,volunteer and shopper I've been able to see the dedication put in to all aspects of the sale. Although the location is not consistent, the WeeSale team announces their biannual sale in Rock Hill on their website and Facebook. Entry dates for shoppers and volunteers are dependent on your volunteer or consigner status. The owner is great at getting back to those who may be confused. When shopping on the first few days clothes are marked as is. Consigners have listed their own prices on items so it's easy to get a great steal. However towards the end of the sale, items can go reduced so clothes and other items are sold at a faster rate. The website is easy to navigate and consigner logins are easy to retrieve. It's important to keep up with registration dates because spots fill quickly. However you can always register later as a restock. Make sure to read the emails, especially if you're a registered consigner because important information such as setting up your drop off time or volunteer times for early access is all done via email. I've made some great money just through consigning my clothes!”
“I was frantically trying to find something to wear to a last minute event and thank god i stumbled into Pure. I had no idea what i wanted so i literally put it all in the hands of the sales associate, and Aliyah did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of and I received so many compliments on the pieces she put together. The store itself is very clean and well organized, and the staff and atmosphere is very lively and attentive!! I will definitely be back. Big shout to Aliyah and the staff at PURE Charlotte!!”
“First time ever going to a Kid to Kid and I was very happy with my experience. They had a good selection for baby boys. There weren’t a lot of options for 2T and 3T for boys the day I went. Good amount of toys which I enjoyed looking through. Some of the prices were high for certain items and a couple cute clothes I saw did have minor stains but overall a good experience and I’d definitely go back.”
“I went in today after a long day of work to find my nephew a shirt for his birthday and i believe her name was Jada she was very helpful and pleasant, even helped me find the shirt in his size at a store closer to me! I’ve been to other locations where customer service isn’t as good but everyone was so pleasant including the cashier i didn’t get her name. Keep up the great work! A little hospitality goes a long way!”

Such adorable yet basic clothing makes the kids feel happy they get to pick their items and not too bad on the budget! “I was blessed to be able to be in this store a few days before heading back home to California. The manager greeted me right away with details of the additional 40% off all sale items in the store along with her outstanding customer service skills. I was so excited and fail to get any of their names. Everyone received a 5 star in my book that day in that store. I got some amazing deals that day and even the sales person was beyond thrilled. A bag I had in my shopping cart was on sale with an additional 40% off as well. You see I was born and raised in Charlotte and I truly appreciate the Southern Charm when I’m visiting however I have lived in California for over 40 years and all my shopping experiences at South Park Athleta have all been truly memorable. I’ve been so impressed with the quality of their winter line this year — everything feels so elevated and high-end. But I especially felt compelled to leave a review because of Kenneth at checkout.
As someone who has worked in customer service most of my career, it is truly rare to see someone like him. His energy is electric. He’s insanely engaging, kind, and just a pure positive light.
People like him are few and far between these days. Old Navy is incredibly lucky to have him.”
“I went to this location a few weeks ago and had a good experience compared to the Pineville-Matthews location. The manager on duty answered my question before I headed to the store, which was helpful and I appreciate his willingness. They were able to offer me more than the other location and had much better attitudes and customer service.
I do wish Once Upon a Time had a better process when going through the selling process because they won’t give top dollar for clothing that has never been worn.”

“This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”
“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”
