“This was my first time using Batteries Plus. I find it comical now, but I use to think as an adolescent they just sold AA and AAA batteries. Which don't get me wrong, they do. However, I placed an order online for a motorcycle battery and within an hour I received a friendly call to notify me it was ready for pick up. Service in store was friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend.”

I had spent all day driving around to other phone repair places who either didn't have my screen in stock, or just weren't helpful at all. “This location had the replacement key fob I needed for my car. It was available in store the same day that I ordered it online. I showed up the following morning to pick it up and got my new fob key cut and programmed relatively quickly and without issue.”
“I made a an appointment online through Samsung and I arrived about 2 hours before the store closed. The tech took the time to listen to the evolution of the problem. He discussed the issue with a colleague and it was determined that they could address the issue and get the pho e back to me before the store closed. They were true to their word. The owner Matthew has extremely high knowledge on cell phone repairs and the cellphone industry. I was in an emergency to have my screen replaced and I was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. His prices are fair, and he does not use cheap parts like most cell phone repair store do. We even discussed me wanting to buy a new cell phone soon, and he was not pushy or trying to upsell me. I was in a bind trying to get photos off of my phone with a broken screen to transfer them to my new phone and the owner not only helped me with the screen, and did the data transfer, but allowed me to work on my laptop in the store while I waited. He was extremely kind, helpful and I would highly recommend. I also watched numerous customers come in and leave happy while I was there.”

I talked to their service department and they kindly took their time to see what they had, and he informed me that he had a used one, and not only could I come pick it up at no cost, but he graciously cleaned up the part for me. The staff in the office was very friendly when I came to pick it up. They absolutely saved the day for me, and I am very grateful.”
